The perfect place for imperfect people
Frequently Asked Questions - Sunday Gatherings
WHAT'S THE DRESS CODE?
We are a casual church and invite you to wear what you feel comfortable in. Whether you wear a suit and tie or jeans and a t-shirt, you will feel right at home with The Bridge. We really only have one rule about clothes: wear some.
IS IT OK IF I'M NOT A CHRISTIAN?
Absolutely! In fact, we exist to lead all people to follow Jesus to the fullness of life, together. So, if you are not following Jesus, but want to explore the Christian faith, we would love to have you worship with us. It's our hope that you would find a place among us and learn who Jesus is and what he has for you and your life.
WHAT ABOUT MY KIDS?
We love kids! Each Sunday we have age appropriate, Christ-Centered lessons in our Children's Ministry rooms (6th grade and under). Check-in with a greeter when you arrive and they will show you to your child's classroom. Teenagers participate in our main worship gathering and are invited to find their place to use their gifts on Sundays across our ministries as well. We are committed to investing our time, energy, and resources to help the next generation know they belong here and that God is for them.
DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?
In brief, no! We have water, coffee and light refreshments for you to enjoy. We also have the lyrics for the songs we sing and the main Bible passages we will be considering up on the screens.
ARE YOU GONNA ASK ME FOR MY MONEY?
We aren't after your money. However, we do believe that being generous is something God calls us to become. Therefore, those who call The Bridge Church home give to its vision and mission. No one is obligated to give (nor would we want them to feel they are) - instead we give because of how much God has given to us.
HOW DO SMALL GROUPS WORK?
Small Groups are open to everyone. You don't need to wait until a new study starts or a certain time of the year to join. Contact a group leader to get more information or send a note to firstname.lastname@example.org if you'd like to get general information or direction regarding small groups.
